Where were the voices of you loving, hugging,
liberal hyopcrites when Saddam was slaughtering his own citizens???
Not one word, no marching crowds with placards to the UN to do
something! When we bombed Berlin with 'dumb' bombs...where were
the voices against U.S. participating in killing the women and
children civilians??? When so many Americans died within two weeks
when invading Europe, more then all those losing lives in IRAQ,
where were your voices opposed to any military intervention??
When Pres. Roosevelt maneuvered us into exposure to the German
submarines to get us into a war...where were your 'loving', 'caring'
words opposed to it?? What about the that silent message of warning
that never reached the Pearl Harbor as the Japanese struck!!!
Your voices remained sweet and quiet........Was it because Roosevelt
was a Democrat, a liberal?? Bush is not, and you want 'your party'
to rule and it is worth surrendering in IRAQ for YOUR purpose??
You approved of it now see to it we will be victorious.
You smart liberals who knew it all, should NOT have voted for
the ACTION, and now blame it all on one man of the opposite party!
No War is a guanteed victory...no battles are planned to the minute,
no wars follow an outcome to a time table......
The world has its palms up for the dirty capitalistic money generated
through American capitalism.....Why so few of you liberals and
heroes are not moving to Africa to improve their lot by 'doing
sometning' instead of complaining???
Give me some answers. If you have none, well let me say to you.....look
at history, from Christian, Jew and Islam...man is a murderer....man
has NO social conscience and he has a brain designed to create
groups to kill each other until someday one proves the most powerful
or until man genetically develops a Social Conscience. There are
only two ways to achieve this...Either by the process of evolution....takes
too long in our current state...or by a nuclear holocaust(that
same brain developed this) which will irradiate sufficient number
of humans and alter their genetic nature with a Social Conscience.......that
is our only hope......Complaining and screaming and insulting
fellow humans will never succeed!

The US government sold Saddam his weapons
of mass destruction (chemical and biological) when he was our
dictator-buddy. The US government knew that Saddam was a mean
bastard when these weapons were sold to him and the US government
knew that he was going to use them on his own people. He may have
been an SOB, but he was our SOB.
If Rockefeller, Ford, ITT, GM, and other
greedy industrialists and wealthy elites in this country hadn't
supported HItler, we wouldn't have had to fight in Europe. War
is very profitable for some corporations and individuals - it
was during WWII and it is today in Iraq. It's the working people
that get screwed in war.
I didn't vote to invade Iraq, and the
Democracts who did do so didn't have the guts to defy Bush. We
went into Iraq for oil and Israel. and to ensure that the US will
have access to oil from the Middle East and Central Asia for as
long as the American economy is hooked on it. Did you ever wonder
why we didn't begin to develop alternative renewable energy sources
after the 1973 oil embargo? Because oil companies control the
politicians and run this country.
If it weren't for liberals, we would not
have had universal public education, a GI bill, labor laws, an
end to child labor, a 40 hour workweek, paid vacation, Social
Security, Medicare, Public Health, environmental laws, food safety
laws, workplace safety laws, civil rights - America as we know
it.
I wish you guys on the right wouldn't
be so intolerant of opposing views. You don't know how to have
a decent discussion with someone you disagree with. You just scream
and yell epithets.
Open your eyes and realize that you are
being lied to by the Limbaughs and O'Rileys and Bushes. They shout
patriotism, but they just want Americans like you to fight and
die for corporate profits, and to allow a small group of wealthy
elites to continue to run this country and the world.
The best thing you can do is shut off
the TV, and read. And visit TWT often.

Your website is very well put together
and the articles are well written. The weak point is that you
skew the truth to fit your communistic view points. Ronald Reagan
as a political criminal? Give me a break. What about Stalin, Ho
Chi Minh, Jang Zemin, Kim Jong II; those guys are a infinitely
more evil. You do not mention them because they hold to your ideals.
There is a God, and atheistic governments will never put human
rights before their political agendas. The US has been more civil
than any other country in the history of the world, likewise it
was founded on Christian principles, which say that man was made
in the image of God. That is why the US has been so fair and just
over the years. Our country is not perfect, but at least it does
not promote evil wholesale, such as communist governments.

Stalin, Mao, and Hitler were criminals
and mass murderers - mostly of their own people. But, American
presidents have caused their share of misery as well. Beginning
with the Spanish-American War in the late 19th century and continuing
throughout the 20th century, America has caused enormous pain
and suffering throughout the world. The US government has aided
and supported dictators in Greece and Morocco, Chile and Guatemala,
the Philippines and South Korea, Iran and Saudi Arabia, South
Africa and Zaire. The list goes on.
Since I am an American citizen, pay taxes,
and vote in this country, I have the right and responsibility
to speak out about what my government does, to cut through the
propaganda and PR, and to provide some badly needed truth about
US pollicies.
Ronald Reagan never met a "pro-American"
dictator he didn't like. While he was smiling and saying "It's
morning in America", he was sending weapons and American
military trainers to brutal dictatorships that oppressed their
own people in Latin America and Africa. It's not that he didn't
care about the people who suffered as a result of his policies.
It just wasn't something he thought much about.
We need to stop the hypocrisy of America's
supposed "love of freedom and justice", while our leaders
strengthen dictatorships in the third world, and while our economic
globalizaton policies, worsen the poverty for the poorest of the
poor in the world, and kill their hopes for a better future.
PS. If Jesus were alive today, he would
say the same thing.

even funny. 2 million jobs lost since he took office and of course
9/11 had nothing to do with 1 million jobs lost in 1 month after
9/11. Look at the news today my friend. 1.4 million jobs created
since Sept 03. I guess having a President who actually experienced
some adversity, having started with the Clinton/Gore Recession
has nothing to do with that. I mean come on how can you blame
the President for Record Foreclosures. That is a joke, get your

of fact the President signed into legislation some of the most
aggresive ways to increase home ownership. Oh and buy the way
homeownership is at a record high my friend. Reserves have not
been tapped unless there has been a NATIONAL EMERGENCY.
Now if the $1000 plus that my family got
back in tax cuts doesn't mean shit to you Liberals. The gas prices
don't either. Just look at John Kerry's website. $894/year is
what he is claiming the increase in gas has cost /family. If tax
cuts don't mean squat neither does the gas increase.

that Bush and company are good for you and for the country. The
facts tell a very different story.
You trust the people at the top in government
and in the mainstream media too much. They have a different agenda
from that of working Americans like you.

Although you are not alone in your opinions,
most people who email me do not agree with you.
I am neither a communist or a socialist.
I just believe that the image most Americans have of the United
States - as a country running around saving the world - is a myth,
borne of a profound ignorance of the truth.
The mainstream media, especially TV, which
is the source of most people's information, provides Americans
with propaganda instead of information, and most people are too
lazy to find out the truth about this country's leaders, their
motives, and the impact of their policies on the rest of the world,
and on America.
If you stopped criticizing me and started
becoming informed (by spending more time reading TWT for example)
you would have much more knowledge about this country and its
policies, and you might even decide to do something to make America
a better world neighbor.

Where is the evidence that the Iraq invasion
was for oil? I always thought it was a war for Israel. The US
government feared Iraq might build WMDs which could be used to
destroy Israel, and therefore pre-emptively attacked. I can't
understood why Bush was so stupid not to use the "Stop a
second Holocaust" card to gain support for the invasion,
instead talking of a nonexistant WMD threat to America itself.
I though the September 11th attacks were
a similar case. Arab terrorists hate America because America won't
let them exterminate the Jews. In fact, could it not be argued
that it is European appeasement of the Arab Nazis, not American
war against Arab nations, that is truly motivated by oil?

There is no evidence of WMD in Iraq. Iraq
had no capacity to deliver anything more than a couple of hundred
miles from its territory - certainly no threat to the US. Israel
has 200+ nuclear weapons which it could rapidly deploy to eliminate
Iraq and all Iraqis form the face of the earth. The second holocaust
line won't play in a world angrier than hell at what Israel is
doing to the Palestinians. I agree that the war is for Israel
as well as oil, but the US would never have invaded if Iraq didn't
sit on the second largest oil reserves in the world. They killed
four birds with one stone - 1) destroyed Iraq as a military and
political force in the Middle East, 2) eliminated it as a potential
threat to Israel, and 3) guaranteed US control of Middle East
oil, world oil prices, and US oil corporation profits for the
foreseeable future, 4) ensured enormous profits for US weapons
manufacturers and for the reconstruction of Iraq, the Bechtels
and HaIlliburton's of the US corporate world.
Arabs hate the US because it allows Israel
to repress the Palestinians, and because it supports non-democratic
governments (dictatorships) everywhere in the Middle East. History
reveals that the royal families of Saudi Arabia, the Arab Emirates,
Jordan, Iran, Kuwait, Morocco, etc. have been either put into
power or kept in power by succeeding US governments.
European appeasement of Arab Nazis? Pleeeease!!!
