Principles on Corporations

* We undertake together to strip corporations of their "rights" as alleged persons by reversing, through constitutional amendments, the Supreme Court decisions, starting with Santa Clara in 1886, which conferred all the constitutional rights of persons, even free speech itself, on corporations.

* We are drafting a model federal law to define, charter and control corporations to make them subordinate to the people.

* We are laying out a broad, systematic and multi-sided program to end corporate rule.
